"I used to stay here frequently when I worked for an organic tea company. Returned this week with my wife to visit the Christmas Markets (which I would highly recommend). This hotel is an oasis within the Old Town Walls - you could spend a week here and not run out of things to do. The hotel still looks and feels brand new, even though it is probably over 10 years old now. But what really makes it special are the staff; the people who work here - especially at the Front Desk - all very kind, friendly and very helpful."
