5. Hover Over the Rhine in the Cologne Cable Car

Did you know it takes just six minutes to cross the Rhine on a gondola ride? Cologne's cable cars are open from April to October and, if you're in town outside of those times, it's just as enjoyable to stroll across the bridge.
