"Stayed here in February after a cruise and was delighted with the location of this hotel. Very pleasant and easy to walk to nearby shops and the wharf. Room was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We had breakfast included which was very good and met our needs. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and we were very sorry to leave but if we ever come back to Auckland, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here."

"The rooms are very large with separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. They also have a washer/dryer which is very handy for long trips. It is very near an event center so the noise can be loud if a concert is happening. Try to get a room away from the event center if possible. The breakfast is good. It is a long walk to many of the restaurants but an easy walk along the waterfront."
