"We booked 3 rooms and asked if they could be close to each other and on the ground floor as we had an 86 year old and a baby with us. This request was accommodated and we were also given an upgrade which was totally unexpected but lovely. The staff we met were all polite and helpful. The accommodation was clean and close to Kingston, Kingston Foreshore and Manuka. We would definitely stay here again."
