In Berlin, the iconic "Klunkerkranich" bar has become a must-do for cool hunters seeking out the ultimate sundowner drinks. The creative minds behind the Berlin bar have opened a little sister bar in Munich and it is every bit as hip as the roof garden in Berlin. Open from 11 am, guests are offered exotic street food... but it's when the sun starts to set that the cosy "Kulturdachgarten" really comes to life.

Mingling With Locals for an After-Work Drink at the “Kunsthalle”

Buy a ticket for the exhibitions at the “Kunsthalle”, and you'll automatically gain access to this popular after-work location. Soak up your fill of incredible photographs, videos, sculptures, and multimedia installations any day of the week, but if you visit on the third Wednesday of the month, you'll be treated to a pretty cool musical programme. Delicious food and tasty beer make this place the natural choice for us... but wait, there's more!  On a visit to the Biergarten Seehaus, you'll be able to quench your thirst AND soak in the beautiful lake views - they come complete with ducks and rowing boats. The lake is best viewed from the beer garden's comfy benches right on the water's edge. Both the beer garden and the restaurant are run by the famous Kuffler family, so you know the experience will be top notch.

The “Bahnwärter Thiel” beer garden elevates their experience with a lively cultural and music programme. Here, you'll enjoy ice-cold drinks and delicious culinary delicacies, but also film screenings, readings, and exhibitions. Sultry restaurant meets 1920s club at Munich's fabulous Filmcasino. It's the spot to enjoy a hearty meal right before you party without having to change venues.  This former cinema has been converted into a wonderful night time venue and offers fun experiences across three fabulous floors.
