Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) runs a variety of major exhibitions throughout the year, but this one’s sure to get your motor running.  ‘The fully immersive ‘Motorcycle: Design, Art, Desire’ exhibit features 100 of the greatest motorcycles every assembled - spanning more than a century of excellence and eccentricity. There’s even a glimpse into the ground-breaking designs of future for those technophiles amongst us. Only in GOMA until 26 Apr 2021.

Get Ready for the Ride of Your Life!

The Tour de Brisbane is the only organised bike ride in Australia on fully closed inner city roads and, best of all, anyone and everyone can enter it.  Developed by local tourism peeps back in 2010, the goal was to create a cycling festival celebrating everything about the bike, as well as showcasing Brisbane’s iconic attractions – from the showgrounds to the Story Bridge. Along the way you can help make a difference for The Common Good, an initiative of the Prince Charles Hospital, by raising funds for vital organ and tissue transplant research.

We Salute You Straddie!

The Straddie Salute Triathlon Festival is a destination event in one of Queensland’s most popular island playgrounds, North Stradbroke Island, just off the coast of Brisbane. For the serious triathletes amongst us, The Straddie Salute features a road triathlon and an off-road triathlon option.  A kids’ duathlon and fun run make that a must-do for families who like to exercise together.
